We monitor temperatures in our produce coolers and delivery trucks. From the moment it arrives on our premises to when it reaches its destination in your cold storage, you can be confident that the produce was kept cold and safe.

All employees are trained annually on food safety practices. Truck and facility cleanliness is monitored daily. 

Traceability

We have a traceability program where we track origin and destination of the products. We keep detailed records of the food safety standards of all our suppliers.  Shipping and receiving are monitored daily and tracked in logs.

Tested

Monthly rotational swab testing for Listeria, E Coli, and Salmonella to ensure safety from food born bacteria.
