There are a number of measure we take to ensure the integrity of the product we send to our customers.
Biannually, we receive a GAP audit from the USDA. We also monitor temperatures in the coolers and cleanliness of trucks on a daily basis. All staff are trained annually on food safety policy and procedures.
We have a traceability program where we track origin and destination of the products. We also have a comprehensive pest control program with documentation maintained monthly. Shipping and receiving are monitored daily and tracked in logs.
